A small step, but such a huge win
The Team were over the moon when a long time entrenched Rough Sleeper agreed to visit the Hub for some food, a shower and some clean clothing. He has also agreed to attend one of our emergency bed provisions and has expressed interest in claiming benefits for the very first time, saying “he would like to sort his life out now”.
This is something he has never done before, and has always declined our offers to come indoors.
