We are so proud of the turn around made by one of our rough sleepers, after he was found in a very near death condition, caused by IV drug use and self-neglect.

After a lengthy period of hospital admission, receiving intense treatment for multiple infections and Hep C he has now also completed a full detox and is being admitted into a in-stay rehab centre.

Due to the amazing wrap-around support he has received he is also engaging other areas needed to help improve his quality of life. A great display of multi-agency working at its best, to meet the needs of our service users.

A huge thank you to the staff at ReNew Hull and the medical staff at Castle Hill Hospital.

Things can only get better.
